Allison Cleveland
Executive Vice President, Online Schools
Allison Cleveland is a senior executive with over 15 years of leadership in the education industry. She brings deep operational and academic expertise in managing public and private schools at scale, with a focus on delivering high-quality programs in complex regulatory environments.
At ACCEL Schools, Allison oversees online school operations, drawing on cross-functional experience spanning academics, marketing, human resources, compliance, and business development. She is committed to expanding access to exceptional educational opportunities by scaling and replicating proven models across diverse communities.
Known for her ability to lead large teams through complex change, Allison combines strategic clarity with strong communication and consensus-building skills.
Dr. Natalee Long
Senior Vice President, School Operations
Dr. Natalee Long brings over 15 years of classroom and K–12 school leadership experience to her role as Senior Vice President of School Operations at ACCEL Schools. She leads a team of Regional Vice Presidents responsible for instructional programming, leadership development, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations across a diverse network of public charter schools.
A licensed Ohio School Superintendent, Dr. Long is known for her results-driven leadership and commitment to student-centered outcomes. She holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Lee University, an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from The Ohio State University, and a Doctorate in Education from The Ohio State University.
Dr. Chad Carr
Executive Vice President, Academic Improvement
Dr. Chad Carr leads academic strategy and performance across ACCEL Schools’ network of public charter schools in Ohio. He is the creator of the Blitz™ Academic Model and currently oversees academics at more than 40 schools. Under his leadership over the past five years, schools have achieved an average growth of 15 points in Performance Index scores.
Dr. Carr brings over 20 years of experience as a K–12 educator, coach, principal, and superintendent in Ohio and Kentucky. Prior to joining GSM, he served as Executive Vice President of Mosaica Education, where he led successful school turnaround efforts across the state. As principal of Columbus Preparatory Academy from 2011 to 2018, he transformed the school into the top-performing charter school in Ohio.
Dr. Carr holds a Ph.D. in Education from Morehead State University and three master’s degrees in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, and Administration from the University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University.
Jane Delaney
Chief Operating Officer, Early Learning Academies
Jane Delaney brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the early childhood education sector, with deep expertise across operations, center development, and organizational integration.
She has served in nearly every role in the industry from teacher to Center Director to Executive Vice President and now oversees GSM’s Early Learning Academies portfolio. Jane specializes in scaling high-quality programs and leading seamless integrations of newly acquired centers into larger networks, ensuring consistency, compliance, and care at every level.
